Job Details: • 5yr old with Cardiac precautions, Developmental disability, Gastrostomy, Hearing impaired, Oxygen, Speech impaired, Tracheostomy, Ventilator • 1:1 Nursing in patient's home, school and on bus • Flexible scheduling (Full-time, part-time, or per diem cases available) • Patient-specific training provided • Other cases/shifts available in surrounding areas (Contact us for more info) Available Shifts: Weekdays • Mondays & Thursdays: (7:00AM - 4:00PM) Requirements: • Experience with pediatric tracheostomy and ventilator required • NYS Nursing licensure required • Must be computer literate • Completion of onboarding required prior to training • Must be able to complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift being completed • Must have malpractice insurance Compensation: • Sign on bonus starting at $1,250* • $45/hr Benefits: • Competitive compensation • Differential pay based on education, experience, certifications, and working in high need areas • Paid Vacation & Sick time • Training provided including paid clinical orientation, preceptorship, and ongoing skills labs • Flexible work hours & scheduling • 1:1 Working environment • 24 Hour Support from our Administrative Team • Retirement savings program • 401k • Health Insurance for full-time staff, $0 deductible plans available • Tuition reimbursement after 6 months and CEU credits • Referral Bonus incentives starting at $500 per referral • Remote onboarding available • Sign on bonus paid incrementally.
