Review and process prior authorization requests for medications, services, and procedures. Verify patient eligibility, benefits, and coverage with insurance carriers. Partner with physicians, pharmacies, and insurance companies to obtain required documentation. Ensure all requests are processed accurately and on time. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies. Document all activities in the system for tracking and audits. Qualifications 1+ year of RECENT, verifiable experience in medical benefits or prior authorizations (required). Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance claims, and benefits verification. Strong communication skills to explain complex information clearly. Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
