About the position Responsibilities • Work closely with the Director of Revenue Management, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Directors of Catering & Events. • Provide business intelligence and analyze leads to understand the total health of each group. • Evaluate available meeting space and consider booking trends and historical performance. • Develop innovative and forward-thinking team members. • Ensure a workplace that aligns with Hilton's values, mission, and purpose. • Hire, engage, and develop top hospitality talent. • Lead the implementation of Americas initiatives and objectives with a commitment to excellence.
