Customer Experience Agent (Evening Shift)

Key Responsibilities • * Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. • * Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, and product inquiries, demonstrating empathy and understanding. • * Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively and make recommendations. • * Document customer interactions and feedback in our systems to improve processes and services. • * Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. • * Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to customer service and Amazon products. • * Uphold Amazons standards for quality, performance, and compliance. • Required Skills and Qualifications • * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred. • * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. • * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. • * Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications. • * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • * Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and demands. • Experience • * Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, especially in a fast-paced or high-volume environment. • * Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus. • Working Hours This is an evening shift position, typically from 3 PM to 11 PM, with flexibility required based on business needs. Candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
