Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and CRM software. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. Ability to maintain professionalism and patience in customer interactions. Experience Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
