Some of your key responsibilities will include: * **Investigating incidents**: Conduct in-depth analysis to understand the root cause of Egencia Service Failures. * **Communicating incident resolutions**: Ensure quality, clarity, and timely communication of incident resolutions to clients. * **Reducing loss**: Investigate all possibilities to reduce any loss to Egencia. * **Categorizing incidents**: Categorize incidents appropriately to ensure clarity in business reporting. * **Ensuring quality and accuracy**: Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all communication with clients. * **Supporting team leader**: Support the team leader in any training or coaching needs with new joiners or less experienced staff. **What We're Looking For** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess: * **Fluency in both French and English**: Written and spoken fluency in both languages is essential. * **Extensive experience in Amadeus GDS**: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Amadeus GDS is required. * **Travel industry experience**: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in investigation and resolution, is required. * **Knowledge of Salesforce**: Knowledge of Salesforce will be a plus. * **Attention to detail**: A high level of attention to detail is essential for this role. * **Creative problem-solving skills**: The ability to think creatively to resolve issues is essential. * **Empathy and communication skills**: Excellent communication and empathy skills are required to understand an issue from several viewpoints. **Location** This role is based in France and is 100% remote.
