Our vision is to create a destination for making life a little more thoughtful and beautiful, and we're committed to building a diverse team that shares our values and passion for delivering exceptional service. **The Role** As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional service to our German-speaking customers via email, WhatsApp, live chat, and phone. You'll be responsible for resolving customer issues, communicating with colleagues on Slack for support, and completing associated admin duties.
