We achieve this by providing a unified solution database and continuous calculation engine, driving efficiency, productivity, and compliance for the global workforce. **The Role** As an Experienced Customer Support Technical Specialist, you will report to the Customer Support Manager and be responsible for delivering business-to-business application support to blithequark customers. This role collaborates with client administrators (including payroll, HR, Finance, and IT administrators) and third-party vendors to champion customer priorities and drive integration incidents to closure.
