Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional patient care as an elite clinical provider and patient advocate • Work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, giving patients the time and attention they need • Tap into our hygiene mentor program for guidance and support • Participate in continuing education to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date with the latest techniques • Collaborate with supported doctors to deliver outstanding patient experiences • Contribute to a culture of diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity in employment Requirements: Essential Qualifications: • Current dental hygienist license in CO • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required) • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation • CPR Certification Preferred Experience: • New graduate or years of clinical experience • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care Physical Requirements: • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation • Prolonged periods sitting and standing • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times • Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year What We Offer At Heartland Dental, we're committed to providing our team members with a comprehensive benefits package, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth.
