FT or PT Employee Role - NourishedRX (Remote, Hourly)

Salary: All Access Dietitians is hiring for a role working our contract with NourishedRx. NourishedRX is a food-is-medicine company that partners with organizations and health plans to provide medically tailored meals, meal kits, and grocery kits in combination with nutrition counseling from a dietitian. All Access Dietitians is seeking new registered dietitians (0-2 years of experience) to work at our contract with NourishedRX. Based in Chicago, IL, we provide virtual nutrition counseling and health coaching to clients in 19 states (more coming soon!), are in-network with multiple insurance companies, and have contracts with organizations. Our Dietitian Coach Approach combines the science of medical nutrition with the science of behavior change psychology, allowing us to provide our clients with a truly sustainable wellness solution. The Details: • For newly credentialed dietitians (0-2 years) • Remote role, flexible schedule • Full-time and part-time option • Build counseling and health coaching confidence • Vast exposure to diverse cultures and socioeconomic levels • Provides experience in telehealth and telephonic consults • All clients are provided • Paid by shift, whether or not you have consults scheduled - guaranteed pay! Fellowship Requirements: • Current CDR RD licensure • Current state licensure (if applicable) Responsibilities: • Onboard new clients • Conduct client assessments • Guide clients in developing weekly health and nutrition goals • Develop client education and treatment plans based on individual clients needs, vision and goals • Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed • Manage client scheduling • Document and submit appointment notes • Answer follow up questions from clients via messaging Access to Resources: • Access to community, resources, and courses to enhance your skills • Monthly individual mentorship and supervision from experienced dietitian Business and private practice coaching and courses Compensation & Benefits: • $24/hour W-2 Hourly Employee • PTO earned at 1 hour per 30 hours worked • Choose your shifts between 8am-8pm EST, Mon-Fri Start Dates: Applicants will be reviewed and offered interviews on a rolling basis until spots fill.
