Competitive Wages and Benefits: Family-friendly benefits including Health, Dental and Vision • Paid vacation • Paid holidays • Employee meat purchase program Responsibilities Human Resources Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Tracking daily plant wide attendance and disciplinary records • Completing daily reports, • Must be able to pay close attention to detail while maintaining a professional/positive & motivational work attitude • Provide translation as needed • Answering Phones • Data entry • Daily assistance/interaction with hourly and Management employees • Communications with both internal and external departments • General Receptionist Duties • Filing as required • Other duties as assigned Schedule will vary based on Human Resource Office needs. This is a safety sensitive position. This is not a remote position. Qualifications Qualified candidates for the Human Resources Clerk position should possess the following: • Computer proficient, specifically Microsoft Office – Excel and Word • Data entry experience • Strong customer service skills • Good work and attendance history • Ability to keep matters confidential • Team Player • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Good Telephone etiquette skills • Professional attitude/conduct • English/Spanish Bilingual Skills a plus • Self motivated • Willingness to cross-train • Organizational skills • Must be available to work a flexible schedule Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
