Your responsibilities will include: * Using a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets * Managing the check-in process, ensuring that customers have the proper documentation for travel * Tagging baggage and performing lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts * Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures As a Gate Agent, you will help our customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding.
