Remote Chronic Care Management Medical Assistant Must live in Los Angeles Area This position is full-time We are seeking a full time Remote Medical Assistant who lives in CA to work in tandem with a Remote Chronic Care Manager provider. We are looking for empathetic professionals that are enthusiastic about their patient’s health and has great attention to detail. We specialize in engaging and caring for the top 1% highest utilizing Medicaid patients. Compensation and Benefits for Medical Assistant · Compensation: $25 - $30 / Hour · 3 weeks paid time away (6-7 federal holidays) and 401K · Health, Dental, Vision Responsibilities for Medical Assistant · Visit notes & Data collection · Taking patient phone calls · Looking at lab values & Imaging · Creating care plans in collaboration with CCM and Provider · Handling 90% of the admin work for the CCM provider · Specialty service line participation Qualifications for Medical Assistant · California residents highly preferred · Bachelors Degree Required · Current Medical Assistant certification · 3 years experience as a medical assistant (Preferred) · Bilingual (preferred) #ZR #MASC105
