T-Shirt Graphic/Illustration Designer (Full-Time, Remote) — DigiVault LLC (USA)
About us: DigiVault LLC is a U.S.–based e-commerce company building a high-quality catalog of original apparel designs. We’re expanding our creative team and looking for talented designers to create professional, production-ready T-shirt graphics. Who can apply: We’re hiring for two complementary profiles—and you can be either one or both: - Graphic Designer (Typography/Layout): strong type, composition, and branding sense. - Illustrator/Artist: hand-drawn characters, scenes, mascots, and stylistic illustration. - If you’re skilled in both, even better—apply as a Hybrid Designer. What you’ll do: - Create original T-shirt design concepts from creative briefs, trend inputs (We'll provide you the inspirations design) - Produce clean vector/hi-res artwork with excellent typography, composition, and color. - Deliver print-ready files (e.g., 4500×5400 px PNG with transparent background, 300 DPI, plus editable source files AI/PSD/Procreate as applicable). -Perform basic due diligence to avoid IP conflicts (no copyrighted characters, logos, or trademark terms). -Maintain organized file naming and versioning in our shared drive. What you bring: - A strong portfolio of T-shirt designs (must include original work). - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop (Affinity or Procreate also welcome). - For Illustrators: demonstrable hand-drawing ability and stylistic range. - For Graphic Designers: typography mastery and layout fundamentals. - Understanding of apparel print constraints (contrast, knockouts, readability, limited colors). - Reliable communication, on-time delivery, and openness to feedback. Nice to have: - Experience creating vintage/badge styles, mascots, brush lettering, or textured vector art. - Familiarity with print-on-demand specs t-shirt design. - Basic knowledge of trademark/copyright checks. Compensation & terms: - Full-time, monthly salary (remote). - Two compensation tracks (choose one): - Track A: Lower base + per-design performance bonus. - Track B: Higher base with no per-design bonuses. - Long-term role with growth opportunities inside DigiVault LLC.
