You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, including product managers and support teams, to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as the primary onboarding contact, collaborating with customers to understand their specific requirements and objectives. * Manage multiple onboarding projects, guiding customers through the blithequark onboarding process, and providing clear instructions to ensure customer progression and internal tracking. * Lead the configuration of our platform, implementing the appropriate integrations, and getting users and/or companies utilizing our system. * Conduct training sessions to educate customers on our platform's features and functionality. * Reinforce the utilization of our solution using best practices and standards whenever possible. * Ensure timely and successful onboarding by proactively addressing any challenges or issues with an emphasis on time to value. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet customer needs, including escalating technical issues to management and the appropriate teams. * Drive change and support change management in customer behaviors to onboard customers to the platform quickly. * Be an ambassador for blithequark and convey confidence in our offering and the expected outcomes. **Who You Are** You're a highly adaptable and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
