Position Overview:
ARCH Accounting & Tax Services, PLLC, CPA is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering financial and client information into our databases and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our data. This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency with data entry software and... tools, and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter financial transactions and client data into designated databases with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure the integrity and security of all data entered and maintained.
Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and detecting errors or discrepancies.
Prepare and sort documents for data entry and maintain logs of entered and modified data.
Assist with the organization and maintenance of financial records and reports.
Adhere to data entry protocols and confidentiality policies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
